Who we are

We are a small team on Bahnhofstraße in Ulm, Germany. We automate processes between applications and departments, so that it pays off and people have more time for what matters.

Julia and Matthias played in an orchestra together, later worked together and founded Innolizer in 2021. The goal: to bring innovation to mid-sized companies. In conversations with customers, it increasingly came down to very concrete questions: How does data get from one application to the next? How does an approval run without anyone having to chase it? That is what we take care of today. The name stands for "innovation realised", and that is exactly what we do: put ideas into practice until they run in everyday work.

What matters to us

  • Honesty

We say openly what works and what doesn't. Even when a process isn't worth automating.

  • Initiative and courage

We don't wait for the perfect specification. We ask, we suggest, and we raise what is uncomfortable.

  • Commitment

We treat your process as if it were our own. And we stay with it once it runs.

  • Enjoying a challenge

Software without an interface, spreadsheets that grew over years, exceptions: that is where it gets interesting for us.
