How we work
We start small and go step by step. First we listen and look at the process with the people who know it. Then we work out together whether it pays off. Only then do we implement. And after each step you decide whether to continue.
What we bring from many innovation projects also goes into what you hold in your hands at the end: we build the process hub in which you see, check and approve your cases around the process we have understood together.

We sit down with you and the colleagues who run the process every day. They show us how it really works, with all its exceptions. Then we work out together what the process costs today.

We start with the process where the relief is felt fastest. Beforehand we agree how we will measure success. Your team tests with real cases and tells us what doesn't fit yet.

Expansion and operation
the way you want it
Once the first process runs, you decide how to continue. Further processes use the same connections and are added faster. We take care of operation, or we hand everything over to your IT with documentation.
